Concluded an exclusive agency agreement with P.T SARUNTA WAYA RAYA LINE, P.T BHINEKA LINE, P.T ANDHIKA LINE, P.T RIMBA SEGARA LINE, and P.T INDO PACIFIC in Republic of Indonesia, to be a sole agent in Japan.

Due to the construction of the Loop Route 2 road in Tokyo, the former head office building was expropriated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Construction of Dowa Line's new headquarters building was completed in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Donated 10 million yen to The Japanese Red Cross Society for the Great East Japan Earthquake.

38,000 DWT Bulk Carrier "HARMONY" series completed construction and began operating.

FEM and Uzushio Electric Co., Ltd signed after-sales service agency contract in North America.
FEM was commissioned to provide after-sales service for JFE Engineering Corporation's ballast water treatment system in the North American region.
