We constructed a rental building in Nishi-Shinbashi 1-chome along Sotobori Dori (2-minutes’ walk from Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station). The new building, with one basement floor and 12 floors, is seismically isolated and has state-of-the-art facilities such as automatic dimming LED lighting, systematic security, three elevators and an emergency power supply system.
The building was awarded Minato ward Landscape Town Planning Award in November 2018.
